We are hosting top KSA execs – limited to 10 people – responsible for Business-Services Processes, Transformation, or Outsourcing services in KSA, to attend the 14th annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards in Warsaw, Poland. This is a delegation to 2-cities (Krakow and Warsaw) to meet key GBS leaders in the long-established Business-Services ecosystem of Central Eastern Europe (which employs more than 400,000 people).
When and where: Warsaw, Poland (5-star Hotel Presidential), 25-26 February, 2026; and Krakow, Poland (24 February).

Tuesday, 24 February – Krakow:
10:00-11:30am Meet key GBS/Outsourcing leaders in Europe’s #1 location for global Business-Services.
12:00 – 13:30 VIP Luncheon with Mayor, or Vice-Mayor, or City’s Investor Services Director, and VIP GBS leaders.
14:00 – 15:30 – Site visit to 2 advanced, well-established Finance Business Services operation.
16:00 – afternoon open and evening Dinner (with 5 GBS Directors) in Krakow’s Old Town square.
Wednesday, 25 February – Warsaw:
8am – Depart to Warsaw
11am – 16:00 – CEE Business Services Summit (200+ GBS execs attending from across CEE and Baltics)
18:00 VIP Dinner (with City of Warsaw, and top GBS execs in Warsaw).
Thursday, 26 February – Warsaw:
9am – 16:00 CEE Business Services Summit (200+ GBS execs attending from across CEE)
18:30 – 22:00 CEE Business Services Awards Gala Dinner (250+ GBS execs)
